In this role, you'll support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support. It's a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners

Requirements
