Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators for our client's international travel assistance team in Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. You'll support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations arise, coordinating travel arrangements and practical support.

The role is dynamic and meaningful, offering international work experience within a 24/7 assistance centre.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night).
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.
• Provide empathetic and efficient support in emergency situations.
• Assess customer needs and arrange appropriate assistance.
• Use internal systems to manage cases and resolve enquiries.
• Support insurance and automotive partners with roadside assistance queries.
• Deliver professional customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
