Job summary

Viking Travel Care is seeking Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators to join our 24/7 travel insurance assistance centre in Spain. You will assist Nordic travellers worldwide with illness, accidents, and other situations, delivering reassurance, information, and practical help across shifts in daytime, evening, night, and weekends.

We welcome candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Speaks and writes Danish fluently.
• Speaks and writes English confidently.
• Experience in customer service, travel, healthcare, insurance, hospitality or other people-focused roles may be relevant but not required.
• Able to work in a busy environment and adapt to different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls and emails.
• Listening to customers and understanding their situation.
• Opening and following up on cases.
• Providing information about insurance coverage.
• Assisting with arrangements involving doctors, clinics, transport, hotels or repatriation when required.
• Working with insurance companies, doctors, clinics and other partners.
