Next Job Abroad is recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Assistance Coordinators for our client in Torrevieja, Spain. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers and coordinating practical solutions to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and good level of English.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and using several systems.
• Solution-oriented and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and internal systems.
• Coordinate practical solutions and support services.
• Communicate with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Document all cases and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and countries.
• Deliver high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
