Job summary

Next Job Abroad is looking for Danish-speaking professionals to relocate to Sofia and join an international customer support team working with smartwatch and wearable technology.

You will help customers via calls and tickets, assist with smartwatch features, troubleshoot connections, apps and settings, and report recurring issues. Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Good English skills.
• Comfort with smartphone apps and device features.

Responsibilities

• Help with smartwatch features and everyday device use.
• Troubleshoot connections, apps and settings.
