Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking candidates to relocate to Sofia and join an international customer support team for smart wearable tech. You will help customers get the most from their smartwatch, apps and connected devices, answering questions via calls and tickets.

No advanced tech experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work in a dynamic international environment with opportunities to develop skills in wearable technology, iOS, Android and digital customer experience.

Qualifications

• Danish-speaking candidates with B2 level or higher
• Good English skills required
• Comfortable using smartphones and apps
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android
• Patient, friendly and willing to learn
• Interested in living and working abroad

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers by calls and tickets
• Explain smartwatch features and app usage
• Troubleshoot connections, apps and device settings
• Guide customers step-by-step through solutions
• Identify recurring issues and report them internally
• Collaborate with an international support team
