Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic Danish-speaking professionals to support customers in Greece. You will assist with product choices, troubleshoot devices, and answer questions across calls, emails, and chat for a premium brand.

Upon joining, you’ll receive a flight paid by us, two weeks of accommodation, and 11 days of paid training. After onboarding, you’ll work remotely from anywhere in Greece while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• Danish-speaking with native/fluent level (C1+).
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Interested in gadgets and tech, able to navigate multiple software tabs.

Responsibilities

• Serve Danish-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadget queries, track orders, and handle after-sales questions.
• Provide friendly, solution-focused support to create 'wow' moments.
• Navigate a digital ecosystem and update customer records.
