Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic Danish-speaking agents to join a high-end customer support team in Greece. You will handle calls, emails, and chat, acting as the Brand Oracle while delivering accurate product guidance.

On onboarding, you receive hands-on product training and relocation support, with a remote-work option from anywhere in Greece after onboarding. If you love gadgets and friendly service, this role offers an international team and a sunny setting.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C1+)
• Good English for internal training
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or hospitality is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple software tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for Danish-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat
• Troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking and after-sales questions
• Provide friendly, solution-focused support to create positive customer moments
• Update customer records in the CRM and support tools
