Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Danish; solid English (B2) for training and navigation.
• Strong written Danish communication and good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice and digital contact for customers across Denmark via Email and Chat, with some phone support.
• Assist shoppers with order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
• Utilize CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to deliver fast, high-quality service.
