Qualifications
- Danish native or C1 level in Danish.
- English at B2–C1 level for internal materials.
- Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes and digital trends.
- Good typing skills: 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable with rotating shifts and various online content.
- Experience in customer service or related environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- AI & Content Operations: review posts and comments, identify policy violations and help collect data for AI/ML systems.
- Virtual Reality Safety: review user reports to maintain a safe VR environment.
- Business & Brand Protection: review ads to ensure compliance and IP protection.
- Digital Customer Support: assist creators and businesses via chat and email on accounts, payments and access.
