Qualifications

• Resilience handling potentially sensitive material.
• Prev. experience in customer service or similar environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• AI & Content Operations: review posts and comments and help collect data to improve AI systems.
• Virtual Reality Safety: review user reports to maintain safe experiences in virtual environments.
• Business & Brand Protection: review ads to ensure policy compliance and IP protection.
• Digital Customer Support: assist creators and businesses via chat and email on accounts, payments and access.
