Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking for content review.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, gaming or similar environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• AI & Content Operations: review posts, comments and trending content and help collect data for AI/ML systems.
• Virtual Reality Safety: review user reports to maintain a safe experience in virtual environments.
• Business & Brand Protection: review advertisements to ensure policy compliance and IP protection.
• Digital Customer Support: assist creators and businesses via chat and email on accounts, payments and access.

Your potential area of work

• AI & Content Operations: Review posts, comments and trending content, identify policy violations and help collect high-quality data used to improve AI and machine learning systems
• Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports and interactions in virtual environments, helping maintain a safe and positive experience for users
• Business & Brand Protection: Review advertisements and promotional content to ensure they follow platform policies and protect intellectual property
• Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses through chat and email with questions around accounts, payments, access and other platform-related issues. No cold calling involved

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Danish: Native or C1 level
• English: B2-C1 level, as training and internal materials are in English
• Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes, slang and current digital trends
• Good typing skills: 30+ WPM with at least 85% accuracy
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working with rotating shifts and different types of online content
• Professional and emotionally resilient when handling potentially sensitive material
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, gaming or similar environments is an advantage, particularly for some workflows
