You will work across AI data, online safety, VR, and customer support, gaining international experience in Greece and improving platform safety and content quality.

Qualifications

• Danish: Native or C1 level
• English: B2-C1 level; training in English
• Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes, slang and current digital trends
• Typing: 30+ WPM with 85% accuracy
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making
• Willing to work rotating shifts and handle online content
• Professional and emotionally resilient with sensitive material
• Experience in customer service, BPO or gaming advantageous

Responsibilities

• AI & Content Operations: Review posts, comments and trending content, identify policy violations and help collect high-quality data for AI/ML.
• Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports to maintain safe experiences in virtual environments.
• Business & Brand Protection: Review advertisements to ensure policy compliance and protect intellectual property.
• Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses via chat and email on accounts, payments and access.

Your potential area of work

Your responsibilities will depend on the workflow you join:

• AI & Content Operations: Review posts, comments and trending content, identify policy violations and help collect high-quality data used to improve AI and machine learning systems.
• Virtual Reality Safety: Review user reports and interactions in virtual environments, helping maintain a safe and positive experience for users.
• Business & Brand Protection: Review advertisements and promotional content to ensure they follow platform policies and protect intellectual property.
• Digital Customer Support: Assist creators and businesses through chat and email with questions around accounts, payments, access and other platform-related issues. No cold calling involved.

What we're looking for

• Danish: Native or C1 level
• English: B2-C1 level, as training and internal materials are in English
• Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, memes, slang and current digital trends
• Good typing skills: 30+ WPM with at least 85% accuracy
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working with rotating shifts and different types of online content
• Professional and emotionally resilient when handling potentially sensitive material
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, gaming or similar environments is an advantage, particularly for some workflows
