Fluency in Danish is mandatory, with relocation supported. Prior experience in Customer Support is advantageous and you will work on-site in Sofia as part of a dynamic European team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Proactive attitude toward learning new software tools and support systems
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (Sofia) and work on-site

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
