Next Job Abroad is helping a leading international iGaming company in Malta find a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, chat and email, manage withdrawals, KYC docs, and security checks, and collaborate with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, 40 remote days/year, relocation support, and a path to career growth in a dynamic expat environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and good English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Good computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
• A structured and analytical mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
• Interest in sports betting and online casino is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• To be eligible for this role, you must already hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Malta. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolving customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Processing withdrawals and handling KYC documentation.
• Performing daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
• Working closely with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Contributing to team KPIs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
