Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and at least good level of English.
• Clear and confident communication; enjoys helping people.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and adapt to a new country.

Responsibilities

• Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Answer product and service questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Navigate CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer interactions.
• Guide customers through processes and build product knowledge through training.
• Work with an international team to deliver excellent customer service.
