Job summary

Next Job Abroad is assisting a fast-growing marketing partner in the iGaming space to recruit a Danish-speaking CRM Manager in Copenhagen. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-platform messages to boost retention and lifetime value.

You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams, analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, test approaches, and ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and responsible gaming policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish speaker with strong English
• 2+ years CRM experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Experience using CRM tools and automation platforms
• Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies
• Experience in customer segmentation and loyalty programs
• Strong project management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns to boost retention and engagement
• Create personalized campaigns via email, SMS, push, and in-platform messages
• Analyze customer data to drive segmentation and targeted marketing
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams for seamless execution
• Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies
• Ensure CRM communications align with brand tone, compliance and responsible gaming
• Conduct A/B testing to maximize lifetime value
