Job summary

Next Job Abroad is assisting a fast-growing marketing partner in the iGaming space to recruit a Danish-speaking CRM Manager in Copenhagen. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-platform messages to boost retention and lifetime value.

You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams, analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, test approaches, and ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and responsible gaming policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish speaker with strong English
• 2+ years CRM experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Experience using CRM tools and automation platforms
• Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies
• Experience in customer segmentation and loyalty programs
• Strong project management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

They are now looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level!

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

• Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.
• Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
• Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
• Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish speaker, with strong proficiency in English
• Experience working in iGaming
• 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms
• Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies
• Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
