Responsibilities

Support employees across Denmark with questions related to salary, pension, taxation, vacation, parental leave and time registration.
Handle employee cases and phone enquiries, providing clear, professional guidance.
Learn and develop expertise across payroll processes through structured training and collaboration with colleagues.
Contribute to accurate and timely payroll delivery and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
Collaborate with Payroll and other teams to resolve enquiries and improve employee support.
Participate in optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes.
