Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, is hiring a Labor Relations Specialist for the Danish organization. Based at our HQ in Brønshøj, this 9-month maternity cover role supports labor and employee relations, advising managers and HR Partners on Danish labor law and agreements.

You will partner with employee representatives, act as secretary to the Danish Works Council, help negotiate and administer local agreements, and drive HR projects related to regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Danish labor law and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Danish labor market regulations and works councils.
• Ability to navigate complex employee relations with sound judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading or participating in projects and change initiatives.
• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on labor law, agreements, and workplace matters.
• Partner with employee representatives and act as secretary to the Danish Works Council.
• Support negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreements and local agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Danish labor legislation and company policies.
• Manage employee relations cases including sick leave and disciplinary matters.
• Drive HR projects related to regulatory changes and process improvements.
