Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Manager to lead global external partnerships across diagnostics and adjacent spaces from its Copenhagen HQ. You will enable governance, performance tracking, and value realization while coordinating with internal teams across R&D, Product, Commercial, Regulatory and Legal.

Travel to Europe will be regular. The role emphasizes partnership enablement, framework design, and driving growth through strategic collaborations with external partners

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience managing strategic partnerships, alliances, collaborations, or external ecosystem relationships globally.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, or related life science environments preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen to assess strategic fit, value, risks and growth from partnerships.
• Experience establishing governance mechanisms, performance metrics, and partner operating models.

Responsibilities

• Establish a partnership operating model with governance, KPIs, escalation paths and stakeholder interfaces.
• Create an initial landscape of partnerships with strategic fit and value potential.
• Strengthen handoffs between external partnerships, innovation funnel activities and execution teams.
• Demonstrate early partnership value via transparency, decision quality and alignment with growth priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Portfolio, Commercial, Regulatory and Legal teams.
• Support partnership setup, lifecycle management, agreements and launch readiness.
