The Career Nest is seeking a Danish & English speaking Customer Service Agent working remotely from Portugal. Responsibilities include assisting customers in Danish and English and supporting global brands with customer experience, technical support, and digital services.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with weekends off, and offers a gross salary of 1500€ per 14 months plus standard onboarding bonuses. This position is based in Braga, Portugal and requires residency in Portugal.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS (Must-Haves)

• Location: Must already be residing in Portugal.
• Languages: Fluent/native-level proficiency in Danish and English.
• Work Model: Remote (This remote role is based in Portugal).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off (Danish schedule).
• Working Hours: 08:00-17:00.
• Gross Salary: 1500€ per 14 months.

BONUSES, BENEFITS & EQUIPMENT

• A welcome bonus of 2000€ will be paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment.
• Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
• Candidates residing within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person.
• Equipment is shipped to candidates living more than 50 km away.
