Job summary

AutoUncle is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to own technical setups for a portfolio of 60–80 DACH customers, from first call to go-live and beyond. You’ll ensure proper integration, measurable results from day one, and ongoing reliability across dealer websites, CRMs, and analytics.

Based in Aarhus or Hamburg, the role is hybrid (3+ days in the office) and involves collaborating with Sales, Tech, and Product to optimize data quality, website tracking, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• German language at native or near-native level and English fluency.
• Minimum 2 years in technical integrations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4 / GTM) and understanding events and consent.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data exchange.
• HTML/CSS skills for website integrations.
• Confident phone communication with technical and non-technical contacts.
• Structured, multi-tasking approach and proactive pipeline management.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboardings by connecting products with dealer websites, CRMs, and inventories.
• Attend customer meetings in German, set go-live feasibility and timelines.
• Unblock setups by contacting web agencies and CRM providers.
• Diagnose tracking and data issues (GA4, GTM, consent mode, events).
• Customize integrations with CSS tweaks to improve customer websites.
• Maintain portfolio health with regular quality checks and proactive monitoring.
• Build repeatable systems and AI-driven workflows with product and tech teams.
