Job summary

OMHU is seeking an experienced Growth Specialist to join our Copenhagen team for three months, with an extension possibility. The role focuses on hands-on D2C performance marketing, taking ownership from day one in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

You will work directly with our CMO, in-house creative and influencer teams, and external partners to drive paid campaigns, creative testing, email marketing, budgeting and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on D2C performance marketing.
• Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Comfortable with email marketing, CRM and retention initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google.
• Develop, test and diversify creative assets with our teams.
• Execute email campaigns and optimize retention flows.
• Manage marketing budgets and forecast spend.
• Coordinate campaigns, launches, giveaways and growth initiatives.
• Brief external partners and follow up on execution.
• Monitor performance and turn data into concrete actions.
• Support CRO, localization and expansion into new markets.
