Job summary

Recruiter4You in Copenhagen is seeking a hands-on and ambitious Head of Marketing to lead a growing affiliate marketing company. You will own the marketing function, directing a small team and driving high-performance campaigns across Paid Media and Email Marketing with a strong focus on ROI, revenue and First-Time Deposits (FTDs).

Relocation support is available; the salary can reach up to €120,000 for an exceptional profile, offering a unique chance to shape strategy in a fast-moving iGaming

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Paid Media and Email Marketing.
• Experience in iGaming or related sectors is preferred.
• Ambitious and ready to step into a leadership role.
• Proactive, independent and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Paid Media strategies across channels and markets.
• Drive execution of Paid Media and Email Marketing campaigns with ROI focus.
• Develop and optimise automated email journeys, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
• Use AI, automation and data to improve optimisation and personalisation.
• Work across advertising platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools and marketing technologies.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and marketing channels.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with iGaming advertising regulations.
• Lead and motivate a small marketing team while remaining hands-on.
• Continuously improve processes, customer journeys and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align with company goals.
• Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
