Job summary

VERO MODA in Aarhus is seeking an ambitious E-Commerce intern to help optimize and implement new CRM processes. You will work with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and develop the email marketing channel to grow our customer database and boost conversion through data-driven personalization.

You will collaborate across the E-Commerce team and with the CRM and Tech teams to test hypotheses and translate findings into daily trading and commercial strategy, starting January 2027 for 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in Marketing and Business trading.
• Interest in fashion.
• Strong numerical skills with the will to analyze relevant KPIs.
• Great communicator and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up newsletters and manage email automation flows.
• Build customer segments and apply data-driven insights across markets.
• Analyze data, deliver performance reports, and run A/B tests.
