Job summary

Actona Group A/S is undergoing an ambitious transformation journey in Denmark and seeks a Customer Operations Manager to lead a team of about 10 professionals. You will drive a top-tier B2B customer experience while improving processes, adopting new technologies, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer operations or similar functional area.
• Proven track record of driving performance and improvements through others.
• Experience in an international organisation is preferred.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10 employees.
• Drive an excellent B2B customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Translate company goals into clear team objectives and actions.
• Strengthen a culture of accountability, customer centricity and continuous improvement.
• Drive process optimisation, standardisation, digitalisation and adoption of new technologies (including AI-enabled solutions).
• Lead through KPIs with transparent ownership and performance management across the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Product Development and Finance to ensure seamless customer journeys.
