Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding with the Shared Services Team.
• Update Master Data, CRM, and document controls.
• Present and advise on Nord Pool products with sales.
• Contribute to operations projects and priorities.
• Deliver excellent service via ticket system, phone or email.
• Assist with billing processes.
