Job summary

GE Healthcare Danmark A/S in Herlev seeks a Service Center Coordinator within the Nordic Service Center team to be the primary contact for customers and interface between customers and GE HealthCare.

You will collaborate with service engineers, logistics partners, and sales representatives to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring service commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience from a customer center or similar role.
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and proficient with computers.
• Accurate, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Structured, decisive, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service and support to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related requests.
• Receiving customer orders and manage them per company policies, ensuring timely processing through to shipment.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues, disputes and escalations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain trust and support long-term business success.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Working proactively as part of a team to maintain and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand operational impacts on customers and service levels.
• Providing accurate information, guidance, and support to customers and business partners.
• Preparing and issuing quotations for customers and distributors in line with company policies and commercial guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
