Job summary

GE HealthCare in Denmark seeks a Service Center Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and the interface between customers and GE HealthCare. Qualifications

• Experience from customer center or similar work.
• Fluent Danish, and English knowledge, oral and written.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone, and documented computer skills.
• Accurate and solution oriented.
• Ability to work towards specific goals.
• Structured and decisive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Personal suitability with needed skills and right attitude to the work.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service and support to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related requests.
• Receiving customer orders and manage them in accordance with company policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring timely processing through to shipment.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues, disputes, and escalations efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain trust and support long-term business success.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Working proactively as part of a team to maintain and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand operational impacts on customers and service levels.
• Providing accurate information, guidance, and support to customers and business partners.
• Preparing and issuing quotations for customers and distributors in line with company policies and commercial guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
