Job summary

Better Collective in Copenhagen is seeking a CRM Technical Lead to own the Salesforce platform and adjacent systems. You will lead the development and administration team, coordinate architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, reliable CRM integrations across CRM, ERP and data platforms.

You’ll mentor eight developers (based mainly in Serbia), set coding standards, drive DevOps practices, and communicate technical choices to leadership with clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with the Salesforce platform, incl Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations.
• Experience leading a development team (min 2) and coaching staff.
• Designed integration architectures across CRM, ERP and data platforms.
• Set up or run Salesforce DevOps: source control, CI/CD and environment strategy.
• Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, or equivalent.

CRM Technical Lead Job description Do you want to own how our commercial systems are built, and lead the developers who build them? If yes, then you might be our new colleague as our new CRM Technical Lead.

About the role

As CRM Technical Lead you are the technical authority for our Salesforce platform and the systems around it.

You report to the Head of Revenue Systems and lead the development and administration team day to day, around eight people mainly based in Serbia. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your main responsibilities

• Design the system architecture, integration patterns and cross-system data model, with a named source of truth for every object
• Decide whether a technical design is ready to build, or needs more work first
• Write down architecture decisions, what was chosen, what was rejected and why, so they are still readable in twelve months
• Manage, coach and develop the developers and administrators

Job requirements

• 5+ years hands-on with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations, with at least 2 leading a development team
• You have designed integration architecture across more than one system, such as CRM, ERP and data platforms
• You have set up or run Salesforce DevOps: source control, CI/CD, code review and environment strategy
• A Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, or similar
