Job summary

Better Collective in Copenhagen seeks a CRM Technical Lead to be the technical authority for our Salesforce platform and the surrounding systems. You will lead the development and administration team, set architectural patterns, and ensure robust DevOps practices across CRM, ERP and data platforms, with colleagues mainly based in Serbia.

In this role you design integrations, govern code quality, and mentor developers while traveling to Serbia regularly.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations.
Experience leading a development team (minimum 2 people).
Designed integration architecture across CRM, ERP and data platforms.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps: source control, CI/CD, code reviews and environments.
Salesforce Architect certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design system architecture, integration patterns, and data model with a single source of truth.
Decide if designs are ready to build or need refinement.
Document architecture decisions for readability in the long term.
Manage, coach, and develop developers and admins.
Set standards for code quality and environment promotion.
Mitigate knowledge silos to avoid single points of failure.
Push back on over- or under-engineered solutions.
