Job summary

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is seeking a Manager Crew Base Support CPH to lead and develop the Crew Base Support team at Copenhagen base. You will drive operational excellence, staff development, and KPI-aligned service delivery for SAS Scandinavia, Link and Connect Flight Crew.

The role emphasizes collaboration across bases CPH/ARN/OSL, with responsibilities including onboarding/offboarding, invoicing, per diem, and crew documentation. On-site at Kastrup, full-time, with a 6-month probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Excellent communication in English with knowledge of Scandinavian languages.
• Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.

• Positive, service-minded, customer-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with knowledge of SAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Crew Base Support function at CPH.
• Secure competence development and capability growth of Crew Base Support personnel.
• Coordinate support for CPH/ARN/OSL bases with other managers.
• Deliver services to SAS Scandinavia, Link and Connect Flight Crew and Crew Management.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with KPIs.
