Qualificações

• Proven experience managing field sales or commercial teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally SMEs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate both permanent employees and freelancers.
• Data-driven mindset with the capacity to analyse performance and translate insights into action.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a large territory.
• Based in Copenhagen or surrounding area and willing to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, and support a team of freelance Field Sales Consultants across Copenhagen.
• Ensure territory meets and exceeds sales targets through leadership and performance tracking.
• Build a positive team culture based on collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates and action plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Partnerships) for alignment and efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard new team members to support territory growth.
• Drive brand visibility and represent the company at regional events and outreach opportunities.
