Job summary

NNIT A/S is seeking a Senior Business Consultant in Change Management to lead change workstreams in complex transformations for clients. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape change strategies, and ensure adoption translates into measurable business outcomes across technology, processes, and organization.

You will connect change plans to business benefits, collaborate with project managers and client teams, and mentor tomorrow's consultants, within NNIT's Change & Communication Consulting

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with change management methods, tools and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex changes into clear actions and messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and integrate change strategies and activities in complex transformations.
• Assess readiness, stakeholder needs and project health.
• Coach sponsor coalitions and ensure active leadership of change.
• Plan and coordinate communication, training, and engagement activities.
• Define and track adoption and readiness metrics.
• Identify risks and resistance and develop practical responses.
• Facilitate workshops across cultures and teams.
• Support development of proposals, statements of work, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior-senior consulting talent and contribute to methods development.
