Job summary

FREELIO in Copenhagen seeks a Business Management Consultant to partner with senior leaders, driving strategic communications and organisational development across the Business Controls & Product Management unit.

You will design initiatives, create executive-level materials, and coordinate cross-functional actions to deliver key priorities in a dynamic banking environment. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and change management, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant university degree or equivalent educational background.
• Experience supporting leadership teams in delivering unit goals and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and delivering communication initiatives across channels.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing initiatives, creating presentations and memos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What you will be doing

As a Business Management Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders within Business Controls & Product Management, supporting the unit's development through effective communication and organisational initiatives. You will work with diverse stakeholders to ensure clear messaging and successful delivery of key priorities.

• Design and execute communication strategies that support organisational goals
• Create Executive Leadership Team and Board level presentations and memos
• Facilitate leadership team meetings and ensure timely follow-up actions
• Manage strategic initiatives across BCPM at operational and administrative levels
• Support senior leaders with organisational development and change initiatives

About you

• Relevant university degree or equivalent educational background
• Experience supporting leadership teams in delivering unit goals and priorities
• Demonstrated ability in designing and delivering communication initiatives across channels
• Strong project management skills with a record of managing initiatives, creating powerpoint presentations and memos
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to engage stakeholders across various teams and organisational levels
• Strong time management skills with aptitude for prioritisation and multitasking
