Job summary

Netcompany A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Business Consultant to help clients across industries develop and strengthen their business through digitalisation. You will support initiatives related to user involvement, training, benefits realisation, process optimisation, and change management on large-scale projects in both the public and private sectors.

The role focuses on anchoring IT projects in client organisations, ensuring user readiness, and delivering impact.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or a few years of experience at the intersection of IT, business and organisation.
• Interest in IT and digitalisation.
• Master's degree in Cand.merc., Cand.it., Cand.scient. or similar.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with change management initiatives.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and conduct sessions.
• Perform analyses and reporting on change readiness.
• Map processes and facilitate workshops with clients.
• Define benefits tracking models and prepare communication plans.
• Build domain knowledge through analysis work, testing and refinement.
