Job summary

Emendo Consulting Group in Denmark is seeking a Senior IT/OT Consultant to lead on-site transformations for pharma and regulated industries, combining technology, business process, and change management. You will drive short-cycle progress, build trusted client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand Emendo’s footprint across accounts, delivering measurable value from day one.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• 6–10+ years of hands-on delivery experience in IT/OT project management, product ownership, or solution implementation — ideally within pharma or other regulated industries, though strong candidates from adjacent sectors are welcome
• Track record of delivering quantifiable business outcomes (cost reduction, lead-time improvement, risk mitigation) — not just on-time/on-budget projects
• Strong command of project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior client leadership
• Deep understanding of at least one area: enterprise systems (ERP/MES), process control, IT–OT convergence, or value chain technology
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; Danish skills are strongly preferred, or a commitment to learn
• Willingness to work on-site at client locations in Denmark and occasionally internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site client engagements, delivering IT/OT implementations across enterprise, operations management, process control, and equipment layers
• Drive measurable progress in short cycles — showing tangible results to client leadership
• Manage project governance, solution architecture alignment, and validation concepts within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Shape Emendo’s methods — package learnings into repeatable offerings and case studies, and use AI tools to deliver faster without cutting corners
• Build lasting client relationships — become a trusted partner and identify opportunities for follow-on work
• Apply Observe, Think, Improve as a foundation — mentor junior colleagues to do the same
