Job summary

A strategic international packaging company is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive the CI and Lean initiatives at their Slagelse site. You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects, reporting directly to the site management while also engaging stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of operational experience, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to influence significant operational changes in a growing organization committed to sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations with hands-on responsibility for OpEx/CI/Lean.
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluent in English and preferably Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate OpEx efforts at the Slagelse site.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Implement waste reduction and optimization initiatives.
