Job summary

Norgine is seeking a Business Integrity & Compliance Manager to partner with Commercial, Medical and senior stakeholders, ensuring ethical practice and compliance with healthcare laws and codes. You will lead monitoring, risk assessments, investigations, CAPAs and reporting, while guiding training and developing a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory principles, risk management, policies and procedures.
• Experience advising across a broad range of situations.
• Experience supervising people and allocating resources.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and verbal communication; able to navigate change.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance monitoring, controls testing and internal compliance audits.
• Identify and mitigate integrity and compliance risks.
• Guide reporting, investigation and resolution of non-compliance.
• Oversee transparency and compliance reporting.
• Provide expert advice on evolving healthcare regulations.
• Deliver training and communications that strengthen ethics and integrity.
