Job summary

Missionpharma Group is seeking a Compliance & Legal Manager to lead governance, risk management and legal oversight across the organization. You will be appointed Compliance Officer and trusted advisor to senior management, ensuring sanctions and anti-corruption requirements are implemented and managed.

Based at our Danish headquarters in Lynge, you will collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, India and China to shape and strengthen our compliance framework and risk management approach, and

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance governance, risk management and contract review.
• Able to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Master's degree in Law, Business Law, Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as Compliance Officer for Missionpharma and Fazzini; governance and risk management.
• Provide guidance on sanctions, due diligence, vetting and anti-corruption issues.
• Advise management and stakeholders on compliance risks and investigations.
• Provide legal input on contract review and risk assessment.
• Lead compliance improvement initiatives, audits and regulatory implementation.
• Develop and manage the compliance team in Denmark in collaboration with CFAO Healthcare.
