Job summary

Norgine in Denmark is seeking a Business Integrity & Compliance Manager to partner with Commercial, Medical and senior stakeholders, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions and building a strong culture of ethics and integrity.

You will lead monitoring, controls testing, audits, and reporting, while guiding investigations and CAPAs, shaping training, and keeping pace with evolving healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory principles, risk management, policies and procedures.
• Experience advising across Commercial, Medical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supervising people and resources to achieve defined outcomes.
• Strong planning, organisation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage resistance and change, balance stakeholder needs and navigate complex information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent-level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance monitoring, controls testing and internal compliance audits.
• Partner with affiliate leadership to identify and mitigate integrity and compliance risks.
• Guide the reporting, investigation and resolution of non-compliance incidents.
• Implement and continually improve compliance activities covering healthcare compliance, anti-bribery, ethics and transparency.
• Deliver training and communications that strengthen ethical decision-making and reinforce company values.
• Manage documentation relating to incidents, investigations and CAPAs in TrackWise.
• Oversee transparency and compliance performance reporting.
• Monitor evolving healthcare regulations and industry codes, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
