Job summary

Ascendis Pharma seeks a System Manager for Commercial IT Europe and International Markets. Based in Hellerup, you will join Global IT to ensure Vault CRM integrity and enable commercial teams across regions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant IT solutions that support business goals. You’ll lead product discovery, improve ways of working, and translate business needs into technical features with implementation partners, while driving governance and risk

Qualifications

• Academic degree preferred, master's level.
• 5+ years in a similar regulated industry IT role.
• Experience with product discovery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product team to solve challenges and deliver outcomes.
• Maintain and improve applications with team members.
• Manage Vault CRM for performance, security, access and incidents.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance for systems.
• Lead testing in Azure DevOps; mitigate IT risks and implement policies.
• Translate business requirements into technical features with partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and support partners on delivery.
• Support end-user training and adoption.
