Job summary

Ascendis Pharma seeks a System Manager for the Commercial IT Europe and International Markets team in Global IT. You will manage Vault CRM, collaborate with Product teams, and ensure compliant operation of commercial IT solutions across Europe and international markets.

The role requires 5+ years in a regulated industry, CRM experience, and a strong focus on governance, risk, and data security. Based in Hellerup, Denmark, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Academic degree, preferably Master’s, with 5+ years in a regulated industry.
• Experience from a Product/Agile team.
• Experience with CRM (Vault CRM or similar).
• 5+ years in an IT organization supporting a Commercial organization.
• Experience with documentation and test management.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a team-first approach and collaborate with Product teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain and improve applications in collaboration with team members.
• Manage Vault CRM ensuring performance, security, availability, and user access.
• Ensure compliance with governance and external regulations.
• Drive test activities in Azure DevOps and address IT risks including GDPR.
• Translate business processes into technical features with implementation partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and partners to deliver changes efficiently.
• Support end-user training to maximise application usage.
