Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a driven Product Owner for Product Supply IT to shape product direction and align business priorities. You will join a self‑organizing team, own the backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize value in a regulated pharma context. The role is based at our HQ in Hellerup with Copenhagen operations and international teams.

Travel 5–15 days/year. Reports to the Product Supply IT lead and works closely with business partners to deliver impactful IT solutions

Qualifications

Relevant academic degree in IT/Engineering/Supply Chain/Business or related field.
Several years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager or similar.
Experience with Agile product development and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Shape and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Product Supply IT solutions.
Work in a self-organizing product team, helping the team make informed decisions and deliver sustainable outcomes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, align expectations, and maximize business value.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of product capabilities and ways of working across Product Supply IT.
Participate in daily operations ensuring stable solutions and fast incident resolution.
Vendor management and contracts related to the products with the team.
