Actona Group in Holstebro, Denmark, seeks a Pricing & Commercial Excellence professional to own pricing analytics, develop AI-enabled insights and drive data-driven commercial decisions. You will work at the intersection of data, pricing and business performance, strengthening the organisation across several markets.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and fluency in Danish and English.

• Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, business or finance.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on data analysis experience and ability to turn data into insights.

Mansioni

• Maintain and further develop Actona’s pricing model and technical pricing solution.
• Develop analyses, scenarios and decision-support tools to support commercial and pricing decisions.
• Analyse price and margin development and identify commercial opportunities, risks and areas requiring action.
• Translate commercial data and insights into concrete initiatives and recommendations.
• Develop and analyse tactical commercial campaigns and follow up on their commercial impact.
• Support commercial performance management by identifying opportunities, gaps and areas of underperformance.
• Prepare clear and decision-oriented material for commercial management and relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously develop analytical tools, methods and Commercial Excellence processes.
• Explore how AI and other digital solutions can support commercial analyses, processes and decision-making.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new CRM system, helping shape commercial processes and strengthen the use of data and insights across the organisation.
