Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a Sales Engineer to support its Denmark field sales team. The role focuses on validating technology, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting solutions to customers at events.

You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and coordinate with Product Management to address RFIs/RFPs. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in pre-sales or consulting with networking or cloud security products, a proven software sales track record, and strong communication

Qualifications

4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience working with network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role.
Proven track record in software sales.
Comprehensive understanding of networking technology, including LAN and WAN technologies, Switching and routing, Security (Firewalls and Filtering technologies), Cloud.
Strong presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports.
Organised, analytical, creative and adaptive in approach and finding solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects.
Development and delivery of product demonstrations.
Presenting the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
Travel throughout sales territory.
