• Drive customer projects from order confirmation to final installation.
• Coordinate multiple projects, tracking timelines and actions.
• Manage coordination between suppliers, delivery schedules, installers, and partners.
• Handle issues during production, shipping, delivery, or installation in a solution‑oriented way.
• Coordinate internally to identify challenges and ensure they are addressed.
• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process and close projects satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate project data in internal systems for smooth processes.
