Job summary

Sund & Bælt is seeking a Project Completion Coordinator to support coordination, review, and handover of project completion documentation across work packages at our Copenhagen office, with occasional days in Rødbyhavn.

You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, quality, doc control, and project management to ensure documentation meets contractual, quality, and handover requirements, while tracking progress and closing gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or project management.
• 2–5 years of infra/construction experience on major projects.
• Experience with project documentation, control and close-out activities.
• Familiarity with ThinkProject, SharePoint or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review project completion and handover documentation.
• Track progress, actions, comments, and gaps across work packages.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to close issues.
• Maintain completion registers, trackers, and management reports.
• Support timely owner acceptance and handover readiness.
