Job summary

&Tradition in Copenhagen is seeking a full-time Internal Warehouse Coordinator to strengthen our warehouse operations. You will ensure incoming deliveries are received, registered and assigned, and support quality control inspections.

Based in the warehouse, reporting to the Quality Manager as part of the Product Team, you work proactively and independently, coordinate ad-hoc tasks and deliveries, and help maintain an efficient, organized facility including lifting heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Proactive can-do attitude.
• Manage concurrent departmental requests while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Fluent in English
• Driver’s license

Job description

To strengthen the efforts within our internal warehouse operations in Copenhagen, and to ensure continuous high product quality, &Tradition is looking for a versatile, service-minded and structured full-time Internal Warehouse Coordinator to start as soon as possible.

As Internal Warehouse Coordinator you will be part of the Product Team, reporting to the Quality Manager.

Your main responsibilities are to make sure incoming product deliveries are received, registered and assigned correctly, to maintain a proper and organized warehouse facility, and to help inspect products in quality control.

The work will be multi-faceted, assisting various departments with ad-hoc assignments. You must be able to work proactively and independently, as you will be the sole employee permanently based in the warehouse location. In this role frequently lifting and moving heavy loads is part of the daily duties.
